Euro Fruits is India's first fresh produce company certified for British Retail Consortium (BRC) Global Standard - Food, Issue 4 (January 2005) with Grade A. This is the optimum possible level of certification under the relevant BRC Regulations.

FoodCert BV Holland have granted the Certificate Registration Number 05.04(NACE 15.33) BRC 106 Grade dated April 18, 2005 with one year validity.

The scope of the Certificate includes Procurement, Receipt, Sorting, Grading, Packing, Pre-Cooling, Cold Storage and Dispatch of fresh table grapes.

Prior to implementation of the BRC standard, Euro Fruits conducted detailed HACCP based Risk Analysis of its 76 step process management model. A number of Pre-Requisite program initiatives were developed, prior to the on set of the 2005 table grape harvest season to provide for infrastructure backbone of the BRC Standard compatible system.

Euro Fruits developed comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures and Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures, Checklists, Schedules for monitoring, controlling, recording and documenting the table grapes post harvest operations.
Well conceived continuing education, training programs and emphasis on continuous improvement are the two corner-stones of the Euro Fruits quality management system.
